Hi Todd,

First of all thank you for the info regarding Royal Palms. I am wondering if you know any other comparable apartments in the area? I am residing out of state and in a hurry to find an apartment near Harbor UCLA Medical Center. The closer the better since I don't have a car. I prefer a short term lease apartment so I can adjust to the area and later on decide if I want to move to another area or not.

This website is focused on the South Bay area, which is a bit south of UCLA.

But, you might find you like living down this way!

when I saw UCLA I was thinking Westwood...do you mean Harbor City?

Harbor-UCLA Medical Center...it's in Torrance. I found an apartment in walking distance from the Medical Center (cross street West Carson Street and Denker Ave). Do you know if the area is safe enough to walk from the apartment to the Medical Center?

I'm not real familiar with that area but I think it is probably safe enough to walk. I'd be careful after dark and maybe not walk real late.

Anyone else know about that neighborhood?
