As an east coaster or a recovering east coaster, I know a thing or two about pizza. In Noo Yawk, fuhgetaboutit! Lots of good places to grab a slice. It's been slim pickins' when it comes to the real deal. Then, there's Zeppy's in Hermosa on lower Pier Avenue. I trek there often from South Redondo. This is easily the best pizza in the South Bay and possibly all of LA. The casual patio features amazing people watching to go with a great slice. The hangover pizza rules. Check it out!

I'm not a fan of this pizza at all. After booze pizza, maybe. I'll post on what I think is best, which is Brooklyn Pizza.
