There is also a 53 unit condo-office development going in on lower Pier ave replacing that old big 3 story building, and a 16-unit development at 2nd and PCH.

this place was to be called "The Boardroom" but from the looks of it now, the project has been scrapped. the huge sign advertising the development has been torn down and the scaffolding lining the sidewalk has been removed. another casualty of the slow economy, or a bad idea from the start? does anyone know the status on this project?
