Default Restaurant Row on Rosecrans

Aren't all those "Manhattan Beach" restaurants along Rosecrans really in El Segundo? I'm thinking of Flemings, McCormick & Schmick's, The Daily Grill, Houston's, PF Chang's, Il Fornaio... they're all in El Segundo but it just sounds more appealing if the proprietors say Manhattan Beach.

Even Spectrum Club is in El Segundo but claims to be in MB. I say they should be honest and let people know what city they're actually in!

actually...right there the south side of rosecrans is technically Manhattan Beach and the north side is El Segundo. so, for example, McCormick & Schmick's is El Segundo but Houston's is MB

Gotcha! Doesn't explain why Spectrum claims to be in MB though. Maybe they can charge higher rates that way!

Ok, that's legit I suppose. They're just spinning it a little, but that's ok. The return address on my Spectrum Clubs key chain thingy is 2250 Park Place, El Segundo, but it's clearly better to mention MB than ES. I lived in Beverly Hills when I first moved to the US, and while I was looking for houses, I noticed many of the flyers said "Beverly Hills-adjacent" or "Beverly Hills Post Office District". Kinda funny, but understandable if it means you can command a higher price.
